What paint colours are available?
We use the RAL colour chart and require you to provide us with the four-digit colour code.
How many stages are the windows painted in?
Windows are preserved-painted-finished in 5 stages:
Chemical preservation stage directly dipping into a preservative solution to protect against moisture absorption.
Chemical preservation stage directly dipping into the preservative solution to protect against fungi, pests and mould.

Do you install windows?
Yes we supply and install windows across London and the South
Will windows add value to my property?
Simply put Yes, Estate agents claim that double glazing, in general, adds value to your property but timber windows are aesthetically pleasing and increase the kerb appeal of your property, also consider if plastic windows are even allowed in your area?
How often do windows require decoration?
The paint should require re-painting after a minimum of 8 years and the wood stain around 5 years. Very minimal preparation is then required, a simple clean followed by a coat of paint. Just one. The re-decoration should take between 15 and 30 minutes per window.
How long from ordering do the windows take to deliver?
Our typical lead time is between 4 and 5 weeks but your lead time will be confirmed with you once the order is placed.
Terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit paid upon placement of the order and the remainder of the balance paid on or before the day of installation. Payments to be made by bank transfer preferably. We are unable to accept payment over the telephone.
